Herbus

Herbus is a  family-owned business based in the beautiful rural area around Lublin in the south-east of Poland.

The herbs and culinary spices from this region are well regarded for their unique and superior quality and are grown in fertile, pure soils in a way that has remained unchanged for centuries.   

We work in closely with small  family run farms in the harvesting, growing, drying and processing of these herbal commodities.  This hands-on approach allows us to know what is happening on a day to day basis. We are able to pass this information on to our customers at short notice.

Since starting in 1990, we have built a reputation for integrity and for delivering high quality teas, herbs and spices at competitive prices in line with our customers requirements. Our vision is proving successful, making Herbus one of the fastest growing specialty suppliers in the region.

Our customers come from the Food, Pharmaceutical and Tea Industries both in Europe and Asia.

We think of ourselves as the first stop when it comes to  teas, herbs and spices.

Facilities

Herbus has one production site situated 50 kilometers from Lublin based in the heart of the herb growing region. From here we are in close contact with the farmers and are able to monitor the developing situation for the commodities grown in the area. We have 4 separate buildings on a 2.5 hectares site where we have modern equipment for sieving, cutting & air sifting. We also have two lines for grinding and milling.
