Peppermint that will be available this year is uncertain
at the present time.
•May 2007 - There has been some rain this month and the
prospects for Peppermint seem brighter. Reasonable amounts
of Thyme are avaialble at a decent price. Valerian prices are
rising due to an increase in demand from Germany buyers.
