Traceability
As far as traceability of our products is concerned we can
trace the origin of all our products back to the original
farms. In fact we work closely with the farmers to guarantee
consistent high quality and carefully monitor production
conditions. We usually the first port of call for them as
we are able to offer the processing required to bring their
plants to market.
Certificate of Analysis/ Sterilization/ Microbiological
Standards
All products conform to international standards of quality.
We can undertake sterilization if required have to reach
the microbiological count required by customers. Certificates
of Analysis/Test reports can be provided from independent
laboratories for pesticide residues, microbiology, heavy
metal content, humidity, ash content and foreign body content.
We presently use the services of STEAMLAB Germany for our sterilization processing.

Other checks include:
Organoleptic evaluation (taste, smell, colour, appearance),
content analysis, bulk density measurements and sieve analysis.
